I’ve never left my pet before, what do I need to do?
We always recommend that you try to work on a good socialization base. Does your dog feel comfortable with new people? Does your pet get exposure to new environments, sounds, and sights. All these things can help lessen the stress of something “new”. It's also important to gather your pet’s vaccination and medical history.List a few emergency contacts and let them know you'll be putting their name down.

If my pet becomes ill will you take them to your vet or mine?
We've been doing this a long time and have tried very hard in the past to accommodate everyone by going to their own personal veterinarian. But we ran into several problems. 1): the hours. Most clinics close at 5pm, and nine times out of ten the pet requires help in the evening. 2) Emergency clinics want the animal transferred to the regular veterinarian when stable. We also weren't able to seek advice/help from the owner’s vet at all hours of the night. 4) House calls weren't offered. We needed to work with a place that was open all the time, was willing to help us with our pets when we needed the help, and was sympathetic to the case that these were someone else’s animals we were caring for. We found that in Webster Groves Animal Hospital. They're open all the time. They're a full service hospital with a large staff. Someone is always available to help us and, they know our business!

Yes.
