Bed and Biscuit Petcare’s Policies
- Payments are due in FULL prior to all services.
- We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Return check fee is $25.

All payments are made to Bed and Biscuit Petcare.

Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations required by Missouri law. Owner must provide a copy of vaccination record prior to service start.

Drop-off and pick-up times arranged with host family must be strictly followed. These are family homes and their time must be respected. Just as we'll treat you and your pet with the utmost respect, we expect the same for our host families. If a client does not follow arranged pick up/drop off times, additional fees may be charged and future service agreements may not be filled.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to service in order to receive full refund. If less than 7 days is given, deposit is forfeited. No refunds are given for services scheduled during listed holiday periods.
- If less than 48 hours notice is given for service, an Express Fee of $25 will be assessed.
- Owner is responsible for all veterinary costs that may be incurred during Bed and Biscuit’s services.
- At Bed and Biscuit, we try to anticipate every possiblity that could occur, so we're equipped to handle anything that could come up. We plan ahead so that your pet's total safety and comfort are always our top priority.
